For one-truck and small-crew GCs
Your back office lives in Telegram
Voice-note an estimate, send a branded quote, get it e-signed with your policy, and see profit on every job. All from your phone.
No laptop, no training, no card to start.
See it work
Talk to it like a helper who never forgets. It quotes, chases the signature, tracks the deposit and tells you where the money stands.
How it works
Voice-note the job or type it. Nailed builds the line items, does the math in code, and sends back a branded PDF in about a minute.
Your client gets a link, no login. They read the quote and your policy, tick the consent box and e-sign. You get the signed packet.
Deposit, milestones, completion. Nailed texts the reminders in your name, stops when you log the check, and nudges you if it is late.
Text "paid Mike 4200 cambridge" or snap a receipt. Ask "how am I doing on cambridge?" and get the real number.
Why Nailed
Most job software is made for a company with an office manager. A one-person GC tries it for a week and goes back to texts and a notebook.

Questions
Telegram is a free messaging app that handles voice notes, photos, PDFs and buttons well, and it is probably already on your phone. Nailed is a chat you already know how to use. There is a mobile dashboard too, but you should not need it day to day.
Day one, Nailed gives you tap-to-text: a button opens your own Messages app with the client's number and the message already written. It costs nothing and works during the trial.
After you subscribe, Nailed registers your business for automatic texting (carriers call this A2P 10DLC) and gets you a local number. Approval takes days to about two weeks. Until then tap-to-text and email keep working.
Electronic signatures are valid for most contracts under the federal ESIGN Act and the state UETA laws, when the signer consents to doing business electronically. Nailed records that consent, the document version and the signing details. Nailed is software, not a law firm, and you should have your own contract language and policy reviewed for your state.
Your data is yours and is kept separate from every other contractor's. On paid plans, your messages are processed by a paid-tier AI model under terms that do not allow training on your data. Money math is done in code, never by the AI, and anything that changes money needs your confirm tap.

No. Sign-up, onboarding, quotes, payments and profit all work from your phone.
Cancel any time from the chat or the dashboard. No contracts and no call to make. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for, and you can export your documents.
